Payers Refactor, Linker & Solver
v8 introduces a major refactor of company branches and end-clients into a unified "payers" architecture, overhauls the financial linker to support monthly sums, and launches a new core "Solver" tool for campaign goal-seeking. Additionally, it expands financial operations with income compensations and many-to-many credit linking.
1. CRM, Suppliers, & Payers (Major Changes)
- Company branches and end clients were completely refactored into a unified "payers" system.
- A new company import action was introduced for streamlined CRM management.
- Suppliers now support gross price lists and department sets.
- The system was updated to enforce that only direct agreements are allowed for agencies.
2. Invoicing, Linker & Financial Engine
- The linker was heavily refactored to support monthly sums, and finance periods were added to bonus agreements and invoices.
- The platform now supports income compensations and many-to-many credit links via a newly built invoice applicator.
- Campaign income corrections were implemented, along with new validations to prevent the creation of negative invoices and links.
- The underlying currency rate source was officially converted from the local central bank to the European Central Bank (ECB).
3. Campaign Planning & Solver
- A core "Solver" feature was introduced alongside goal-seek capabilities for row budgets and quantities.
- Planners can now track Click-Through Rates (CTR), estimated clicks, and estimated impressions directly within campaigns.
- Campaign blocks, guarantees, and external sums can now be duplicated using new copy features.
- Support for RTB sibling plan exports was added, and campaign block codes now feature standardized formatting.
- Ukrainian was officially added to the the brief's languages.
4. System Upgrades & UI Improvements
- The backend application server was migrated from uWSGI to Gunicorn.
- The frontend package manager was moved to
pnpm, and backend Python code formatting was switched from Black to Ruff.
