New planning UI
v4 introduces a completely overhauled planning UI and shifts unit tracking to the campaign row level. Additionally, it launches a robust Horizon integration for synchronizing expenses and significantly expands regional invoicing capabilities with new localized templates.
1. Core Planning & Architecture
- The platform introduces a completely new planning UI.
- Measurement units have been moved directly into campaign rows, removing them from the activity level.
2. Horizon Integration
- A major new integration allows the system to directly synchronize expenses with Horizon.
- This integration features multi-organization endpoints and includes logic to automatically link existing invoices if their totals match.
- Meta-invoices with incomplete suppliers are now actively ignored, and the system ensures expenses are never renamed during synchronization.
3. Localization & Invoicing
- The platform now supports a default country setting alongside improved client configuration management.
- Invoice rendering was overhauled to utilize customizable templates, which introduces dedicated templates for acceptance acts, as well as localized Estonian and Lithuanian invoices.
- Several invoicing refinements were made, including the addition of a "DRAFT" watermark, fixed translation strings, and corrected date formatting.
4. System Fixes & UI Enhancements
- Notification emails were upgraded to include the user's display name in the "from" field, correctly format sender headers, and exclude the sender from receiving their own action notifications.
- UI grids were patched to render correctly in Firefox, and editable cells (as well as empty selectors) now have better visual indicators.
- Import bugs regarding invalid unit values or missing suppliers in XLSX files were fixed, and company internal names are now strictly enforced as unique regardless of capitalization.
