v2 updates overhauled the reporting suite with comprehensive revenue and activity reports, streamlined campaign workflows by eliminating the "Rejected" state in favor of inline versioning, and introduced robust expense crediting and optimized 1C accounting synchronization.
The v2 update cycle focused heavily on expanding the reporting engine, fine-tuning the 1C integration, and streamlining campaign workflows.
1. Advanced Reporting & Analytics
The reporting capabilities have been significantly upgraded to provide deeper financial insights and more flexible data manipulation.
- New Report Types: Introduced dedicated reports for Revenue, Activities, Types, Campaigns, Providers, and Clients. Revenue charts now include profit details.
- Flexible Filtering: Users can now filter reports across multiple dimensions, including by activity type, managed clients, and specific states. The Raw Report also gained multi-select capabilities for clients, end-clients, and providers, along with distinct invoice number tracking.
- Export Enhancements: Upgraded export functionality across the board, allowing for the export of block rows, campaign links, and AVB/CVB invoice rows.
2. Campaign & Block Workflow
Campaign management became more fluid and trackable, with significant updates to block states and brief management.
- Streamlined Transitions: The "Rejected" state was eliminated. Rejections now return the block to the "Planning" state with an inline prompt to update the brief, automatically bumping the version number.
- Inline Updates: Planners can now execute direct price updates and re-plan blocks without navigating away, triggering update notifications for the team.
- Data Management: Added robust block row import/export capabilities. Furthermore, an Action Log was introduced to provide a clear audit trail of campaign history.
- Visibility Controls: Users can toggle the visibility of "Done" and "Canceled" blocks in the planning overview and filter campaign lists by multiple states.
3. Invoicing & 1C Sync Improvements
Financial operations were tightened, offering more control over invoice states and integrations.
- Expense Crediting: A major new feature allows for the crediting of expenses, including partial expense credits and the creation of credit corrections for campaigns.
- Invoice Linking & Linking: Invoices can be unbound upon full credit. Users can filter income by source and use a multi-select filter for the bound states of invoices. Partner fields are now locked when rows are bound to ensure data integrity.
- 1C Refinements: The 1C sync logic was optimized to reduce the synchronization payload, calculate balances for un-booked invoices, and update partner records based on modification dates.
4. System & Workspace Enhancements
- Security & Access: Rolled out a new permissions UI, added the ability to rotate auth tokens on login, and implemented a membership log.
- Support Integration: Added features to automate data entry from support tickets.
- Client Management: Moved agreements directly under the client view for better organization and added functionality to manage standalone brands.
- Environment Configurations: Deployed specific configurations for Magnum, Sparta, and Havas, demonstrating increased enterprise customizability.
