OOH Specialization & The Hub

v11 launches OOH campaign specialization, the splitting of supplier departments into vendor outlets, and a complete overhaul of the notification and commenting systems. We also implemented the MediaMatter Hub integration.

1. Campaign Planning & Management

  • The platform now supports OOH (Out-of-Home) campaign specializations.
  • Brief, goal, and total budget fields were added directly to campaigns.
  • Block and campaign sums are now strictly materialized, resulting in a more consistent sum state, especially for canceled blocks and campaigns.
  • Planners now have access to a new campaign dashboard and a task dashboard to track workflow.

2. Horizon & Invoicing

  • The Horizon integration now supports the automatic linking of expenses specifically for MGroup.
  • Users can now preview expense attachments directly within the invoicing views.

3. Suppliers & Vendor Outlets

  • The supplier architecture was heavily modified by splitting departments into vendor outlets and service categories. Factors were also moved to the vendor level.
  • A new SupplierPicker was introduced, alongside new catalog actions and a modernized "provided list".

4. UI, Workflow & Notifications

  • The notification system was completely reworked, featuring new types, HTML emails, in-app notifications, and an implicit "mark seen" function.
  • Campaign and block comments were introduced, supported by a new rich text editor with naive attachment functionality.
  • A new vacation calendar was integrated into the CRM.
  • New state badges were added to improve UI clarity.

5. Integration & Authentication

  • The platform introduced an integration with the MediaMatter Hub.
  • A new JWT authentication app was rolled out, alongside a move to the EnterpriseSessionAuth backend to enhance security and session management.
